- Xiaomi has launched seven new products in India.
- The key launches include the Mi Band 6, Mi TV 5X, and Mi Notebook Ultra.
- The company has also launched a router, a home security camera, and more.
Xiaomi held its “Smarter Living” online event in India today wherein it announced a spate of new products, including the Mi Band 6, Mi TV 5X, Mi NoteBook Ultra, and more. Of course, some of these products aren’t brand new and are just making their way to India now. Here’s a full breakup.
Mi Band 6
The Mi Band 6 went global back in April. Compared to its predecessor, the fitness tracker features a larger 1.56-inch AMOLED display, double the number of activity modes (30 in all), and blood oxygen monitoring. It can also track sleep breathing quality in addition to packing attractive features such as 24/7 heart rate monitoring, a 14-day battery life, 5ATM water resistance, and more. Mi TV 5X
It looks like Xiaomi hasn’t ditched the Mi branding on its new smart TVs yet. The Mi TV 5X is a 4K TV that comes in three sizes — 43-inches, 50-inches, and 55-inches. All three models feature a 3,840 x 2,160 resolution and above 95% screen-to-body ratios. They also get support for Dolby Vision, HDR 10, and Dolby Atmos for sound.
Elsewhere, you get 40W stereo speakers on both the 50-inch and 55-inch Mi TV 5X models, while the 43-inch variant comes with 30W speakers.

Xiaomi has layered the Android TV OS (Android 10) with its new PatchWall 4 UI. You get some new features on Xiaomi’s skin, such as IMDb integration, along with existing attributes such as universal search, kids mode, smart recommendations, and more.
Connectivity options on the new Mi TV 5X include three HDMI 2.1 ports, two USB ports, an ethernet port, an optical audio port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an AV input.
The Mi TV 5X is priced at Rs 31,999 for the 43-inch model, Rs 41,999 for the 50-inch model, and Rs 47,999 for the 55-inch version. Sales start on September 7 through Mi.com, Flipkart, Mi Home stores, and Croma.
Mi NoteBook Ultra
The Mi NoteBook Ultra includes 11th-generation Intel Core processors with Intel Iris Xe graphics. It features a 15.6-inch IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 2,560 x 1,600 resolution. You get up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage on the laptop.
Xiaomi claims that the 70WHr battery of the new Mi NoteBook Ultra can last up to 12 hours and the laptop can achieve 50% charge in just 45 minutes.

For connectivity, it includes Wi-Fi 6 support, a USB-C port, a USB 3.2 port, one USB 2.0 port, and a single HDMI port. The device also has a built-in webcam on the top bezel and a backlit keyboard.
For software, you get Windows 10 Home edition on board.
The Mi NoteBook Ultra starts at Rs 59,999 and goes up to Rs 76,999 in India. The company also launched the Mi NoteBook Pro in India. The laptop was previously launched in China and costs Rs 56,999 in India. Both laptops will be available starting August 31 at Mi.com, Amazon, and Mi Home stores.
Other launches
Besides the aforementioned key products, Xiaomi also launched the Mi Router 4A Gigabit Edition and Mi 360° Home Security Camera 2K Pro in India. The two smart home products are priced at Rs 2,199 and Rs 4,499, respectively. You can also pick up a pair of Xiaomi-branded running shoes for Rs 2,699 starting August 26.
