- The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has appeared on the Google Play Console.
- The listing confirms that the phone would pack the Snapdragon 888 chipset.
- It also mentions that the Galaxy S21 FE would have a base 6GB RAM variant.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is one of the most anticipated phones right now. Samsung is done launching its foldable phones, and the S21 FE will most likely represent its last flagship of the year, albeit with a more affordable price tag. Multiple leaks and listings have already revealed a lot about the design and specs of the Galaxy S21 FE. We now have more official confirmation that the phone is on its way with premium specs on board.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has appeared on the Google Play Console. Spotted by MyFixGuide, the listing confirms that the Snapdragon 888 processor would power the phone. The highest clock speed listed is 2.8GHz, which means you can expect the performance of the phone to match that of the Galaxy S21 series. Then again, this was also confirmed by previous FCC and TENAA listings.
Interestingly, Google Play Console lists the Galaxy S21 FE with 6GB of RAM. That’s the smallest starting RAM size on any of Samsung’s Snapdragon 888 phones. In contrast, the Galaxy S21 series starts at 8GB of base RAM. The S21 FE might also have an 8GB RAM variant, but lowering the base RAM could help Samsung offer the phone at more affordable rates.
Elsewhere, the listing also mentions a 2,009 x 1,080 resolution. However, the phone should ideally feature a 2,400 x 1,080 resolution. This is the same display resolution as the Galaxy S21 and S21 Plus.
