Ever since ChatGPT’s release in late 2022, we’ve become increasingly reliant on generative AI for research and creative tasks. But a new platform, Perplexity AI, now believes that it has the solution to this long-standing problem of misinformation. Perplexity combines the functionality of traditional search engines like Google with modern conversational AI, even using the same foundation as ChatGPT.
