- As of now, it appears service is back up and running normally for most users.
Update, June 4, 2024 (02:23 PM ET): After an extensive outage this morning, it appears ChatGPT is back. The outage started in the early morning hours on Tuesday and then appeared to be fixed by the start of business in Eastern time. However, the system then stopped working again, with services resuming in full only in the past hour or so.
