Update: April 21, 2022 (12:28 AM ET): Verizon customers across the US are reporting that their service is down. There are multiple complaints on Twitter saying that people are unable to make and receive calls. Some Verizon users are also unable to send text messages. The outage seems to have started around 4:50 PM ET on April 20. Since then, the service has been restored in some parts of the country. However, complaints are still pouring in on Twitter.
