Have you ever wanted to create a playlist that you could edit with others on the fly? There was a time I was on a road trip with some friends, and the two sitting up front got to control the music the entire way. Obviously, I was polite about it, but if they had known how to make a collaborative playlist on Spotify, perhaps I wouldn’t have had to pretend I was sleeping the entire time.
When trying to set the tone for any event, if one person controls the music the entire time, it can be difficult to cater to everyone’s tastes. Collaborative playlists are a quick, easy, and fun way to ensure everybody gets to listen to something they enjoy.
