  • HBO Max will be launching in six European countries on October 26.
  • The new countries are Andorra, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Spain, and Sweden.
  • Warner also revealed that 14 more European nations will get the service next year.

HBO Max started out as a US-only video streaming service, but it’s since arrived in Latin America and the Caribbean. Warner Media confirmed earlier this year that several European countries would get the service in 2021, and it’s now dished out the relevant details.

The company announced that HBO Max will be coming to six new European markets from October 26, namely Andorra, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Spain, and Sweden.

Warner Media added that 2022 will see the service come to 14 additional markets. You can check the list of these 14 locales below.

  • Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Czech Republic
  • Hungary
  • Moldova
  • Montenegro
  • North Macedonia
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Romania
  • Serbia
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia

The company also revealed that “additional territory launches” are set to take place in 2022, although it didn’t dish out any specific regions in this regard.

There’s no word on a price-point for European consumers either, but Warner has confirmed that it will hold a virtual event next month to reveal more details (including pricing and content).
