- Google will start migrating Reminders from Google Calendar and Google Assistant to Google Tasks next month.
- The rollout could last for 15 days or longer.
- Google Workspace users could have their Reminders deleted if Tasks isn’t turned on.
Remember back in September 2022, when Google announced it would migrate Reminders from Google Calendar and Google Assistant to Google Tasks? If you don’t, then you better prepare yourself because the process is scheduled to start next month.
According to Google, personal/free Google accounts will get a migration prompt starting on March 6, 2023. If you don’t accept the prompt, Google says it will automatically migrate you over sometime in Q2.
