Whatever the case may be, we’ve put them all together here for you. You can download them and set them on any device. We should start with the basics. Let’s help you figure out exactly how downloading and setting a wallpaper is done.

Note: All instructions here were put together using a Pixel 4a running Android 11. Keep in mind steps on your phone might be slightly different, especially if you’re running a non-Pixel device.

Start by downloading the wallpaper you want. Don’t download the previews shown in this post, though. Those are compressed images with a lower quality. Instead, click on the button below each entry. You’ll be directed to a download page where you can get the full-resolution files.

Send the uncompressed image to your phone. You can use Google Drive, send yourself an email, or transfer it using USB or Bluetooth.

Once the Pixel wallpaper is stored on your phone, follow the steps below to set it as your background.

How to set a wallpaper on a stock Android phone:

  1. Press and hold on to any empty space on your home screen.
  2. Select Styles & wallpapers.
  3. Go into My photos.
  4. This will lead you to a third-party file manager or photo app. Select your app of choice.
  5. Find the wallpaper you’ve downloaded and select it.
  6. You’ll now be able to modify and move the wallpaper to your preferred position. You can also choose to have different home screen and lock screen wallpapers.
  7. Make your choices and hit the checkmark button.

The Pixel 4a marked 2020 with a stunning price and great value. It likely started the budget phone hype, and its wallpapers are just as exciting as its bang per buck. You even get some cute pets in a couple of them!

The Google Pixel 3a came with the same backgrounds we had seen in the Pixel 3, but one distinctive wallpaper was made exclusively for it. It’s actually a bit random, showing big dandelion light structures in what looks like a park setting at night.

Google Pixel 2

Released in 2017, the Google Pixel 2 may be an oldie now, but its wallpapers look great even now. Not to mention you get plenty of options with this device. There are three sets of wallpapers included; “Keep Looking,” “Underwater,” and “Rainy Day.”

The “Rainy Day” set is actually a solitary wallpaper, but it’s a really nice-looking one. “Keep Looking” offers 9 Pixel wallpapers with colorful designs, featuring interesting shapes and places. Now, if you’re feeling like enjoying nature, the “Underwater” set features a whopping 34 Pixel wallpapers to choose from, full of coral reefs and sea life.
