Surface Duo 2

The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has finally been revealed by the Redmond company, and it lines up well with rumors and leaks we heard in recent months. Thankfully, it looks like a major upgrade over the original Surface Duo.

The original model used an older Snapdragon 855 chipset, had a relatively small battery, and lacked features like 5G, NFC, and a rear camera system. Toss in a $1,400 price tag and a buggy software experience at launch, and it was a critical flop.

Fortunately, the Surface Duo 2 offers a top-notch Snapdragon 888 SoC, 5G and NFC, a 4,449mAh battery, high refresh rate screens, and a flexible triple rear camera system. It is $100 more than the original model, but you’re clearly getting more bang for your buck compared to the original model.
