Motorola’s new Edge series phones are here. None of the three new devices in the new Edge 20 lineup boast the premium Snapdragon 888 chipset. However, the top-end Motorola Edge 20 Pro is an almost-flagship with its Snapdragon 870 SoC. In the middle of the lineup is the standard Motorola Edge 20 that gets the mid-range but powerful Snapdragon 778G 5G SoC. At the lowest end is the Edge 20 Lite with its budget MediaTek Dimensity 720 silicon.

That said, the new Motos bring plenty of desirable features to the table. For instance, both the Edge 20 and Edge 20 Pro get 144Hz OLED displays, while the Edge 20 Lite makes do with a 90Hz OLED panel. All three phones offer a 108MP primary camera and sizeable batteries — 4,000mAh on the vanilla Edge 20, 4,500mAh on the Edge 20 Pro, and 5,000mAh on the Edge 20 Lite.

The prices for the Motorola Edge 20 phones are also something that won’t pinch your pocket. The Edge 20 Lite starts at £299.99 or €349.99 (~$414), The Edge 20 takes it up to £429.99 or €499.99 (~$592), and the Edge 20 Pro tops out at £649.99 or €699.99 (~$830).
