Update: August 31, 2022 (2:28 AM ET): Veteran leaker Evan Blass and developer Kuba Wojciechowski have now uncovered more details about the Logitech G Gaming Handheld thanks to FCC filings and a Google Play Console listing. The new handheld will apparently arrive with a Snapdragon 720G processor, 4GB of RAM, a 6,000mAh battery, and a 1080p screen.
The Snapdragon 720G debuted as a mid-range 4G processor back in 2020. It’ll still handle everyday tasks just fine (e.g. web browsing, launching apps), but expect it to struggle with the latest and greatest 3D titles. So it stands to reason that the Logitech G Gaming Handheld will be a budget device, as it could be dead in the water otherwise.
