Zombies 3 (July 15)

The first two Zombies movies debuted on The Disney Channel cable network, but the third film in this teen musical film series is dropping this month as a Disney Plus exclusive. Milo Manheim and Meg Donnelly both return as the young romantic couple; he plays the zombie Zed and she plays the human Addison. The couple is looking forward to their senior year in high school. However, their plans may change when some alien teenagers suddenly show up in town.


America The Beautiful Season 1 (July 4)

This new National Geographic nature documentary series is narrated by actor Michael B. Jordan. It will give viewers a chance to see the diverse natural locations in the United States, and all of the different kinds of animal wildlife that make America their home.


High School Musical: The Musical: The Series Season 2 (July 27)

One of the first Disney Plus original series makes its third season debut at the end of July. This season, the musically inclined students at East High School are still being filmed for a documentary series, but this time it’s summer vacation, and that means going to Camp Shallow Lake. The students get a surprise when Corbin Bleu, one of the actors in the original High School Musical film series, shows up at camp and tells them they will be producing a version of the Disney animated musical Frozen as their main camp project.

There’s also a new six-part documentary series, Light & Magic, that will go behind the scenes at the legendary Industrial Light & Magic movie and TV visual effects studio.
